Plaintiff Jessie M. Kortus brought this medical negligence action against the defendant Werner P. Jensen, M.D., for a sciatic nerve injury she sustained while undergoing hip surgery by the defendant. The plaintiff Fred Kortus filed a separate action for the husbands loss of consortium. The two actions were consolidated for trial. At the Conclusion of the plaintiffs case-in-chief, the trial court sustained the defendants motion for dismissal of the respective actions. Plaintiffs appeal. We affirm.
